| Please either call us directly or inquire via email about any dates you
are interested in booking. Initial Applications can be made online by completing the'ARTIST FORM', or in person at the gallery. All spaces are rentable daily or for longer. |
||
|
||
 |
||
| To reserve your space, a 30% deposit (of the total rental fee) is
required one week after the initial application has been received. The
balance must be paid no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled
exhibition. We do not take any credit cord. |
||

| After completing your application, we will then iupload your event information to our website, with as much as 3 months advance notice. Please send detailed information as an email attachment or drop it by the gallery in person. | ||

||
| Please send us your Direct Mail (DM) Flyer at least 1 month prior to
your scheduled exhibition. If you would like to use the Design Festa Gallery logo, access map and other gallery information, please download them here During your exhibition one of our staff members may interview you and take photos to be uploaded to our blogs. | You may start setting up as early as 10AM on the first day of your
exhition. If you would like to start earlier please contact the gallery
in advance.

| Visitors may enter no earlier than 11AM. Selling your work is permitted, and comission free (the D.F.G. takes no money from any of your sales). In the event you are absent, D.F.G. staff will collect? monies on you behalf for any sales made. Visitors are usually inquisitive, so we strongly suggest being friendly and open to conversation and questions. | ||

| The D.F.G. closes at 8PM nightly. At the end of the exhibtion, your space must revert back to its original condition and undergo a quick inspection. (We have restortion kits on sight, so please ask us about them). | ||

| Your public information/photos/interview will be accessible via the D.F.G website archives for anyone interested in viewing it. | ||
