Q10.Please tell me how to complete the application?
| After confirming space availability, you can reserve the space by making a full payment or an initial deposit of 30% of total amount. Please see more details.【Click here!】 |

Q11.Can I sell my work?
| Yes of course you can. We do not take commission charge. If you are not here, we will sell on your behalf, please tell us in advance of saleable items and price. |

Q12.Is there an age limit?
| No! We have exhibitors who range in age from primary school students to seniors in their eighties! |

Q13.What time can I start setting up?

Q14.What time should I finish packing up by?
| Please vacate the space by 20:00 on the last day of your exhibition. After you finish packing up, please tell gallery staff to have a final check. |

Q15.If I use a delivery company, can they deliver my work directly to the gallery?

Q16.My exhibition has been scheduled. Will you help promote it on the gallery website or by flyer?

Q17.Can I rent any equipment?
| Basically, each space has one table and two chairs. If you would like to use craft items such as nail, tape and etc please supply them yourself. |

Q18.Is it possible to have an exhibit on the day I want?
| Yes, it is possible depending on availability and type of exhibition space. Gallery we would suggest booking your exhibition well in advance. |

Q19.Is it possible to paint directly onto the walls in each space?

Q20.I left paint on the walls by accident! Now what?
| Please return the space to its original condition. |

Q21.Will you print and distribute flyers for me?
| Please organize flyers or direct mail by your self. |

Q22.If I cause damage or loss of equipment what should I do?
| In case you break or lose gallery equipment, we will ask you to pay the cost or price of repair. |

Q23.If someone damages / loses my work or steals my belongings, what then?
| Design Festa Gallery accepts no responsibility for theft, loss or damage, etc. Thank you for your understanding. |
