I just met Toni and Miikka from Finland who are traveling in Japan. They just met Paolo from Italy who lives here in Japan and is moving today. He visited Design Festa years ago and still really likes it.

is a very sweet exhibition of designer Risa Hirai. She studies Graphik Design at the Joshibi Art University and the buildings there inspired her as well to a very lovely time clock installation. She photographed numbers at the buildings and made a watch out from these photos. There is a lot of dreams an lovely art and great design to buy … just check it out.

starting today in space 1A a powerfully feminine 2 artist exhibition greatly enhanced by almost all of the subject matter bordered, circled or smeared with a very bloodlike red, intriguing, menstrual, grotesque at times while also presenting some great innovation…….and red.very red












comprising the collaborative work of two Musashino Art University 3rd year fashion students Kotomi Nakagawa (left) and Kanae Sanada, space 1C offers fashion conscious visitors a vibrant and very hi-standard of ladies lingerie, accessories and comfortable casual clothing for around the home and quite possibly getting as far as the bedroom…….finishes tomorrow evening.









Last week saw our Design Festa Booth at Big Sight’s huge International Fashion Fair and we were very lucky to have had recent DFG exhibitor YUMONES join the staff at the booth for 3 days of live painting! Thank You!
