The DFG Cancellation Policy
・Cancellation of your exhibit/event with more than 2 month's noticewill not be charged.
・Cancellation within 2 months incurs a 50% total fee charge.
・Cancellation within 1 month incurs a 100% total fee charge.
・Booking for exhibitions may be made as a little as one week in advance but please be aware that cancellation will incur a 100% total fee charge.
